Preventing Actinomycosis

The best way to reduce your chances of developing actinomycosis is to prevent dental disease by practicing good dental hygiene and regularly visiting your dentist. Good dental hygeine includes:

  • Brush your teeth twice a day
  • Floss daily
  • Replace your toothbrush regularly
